READY TO LAUNCH
Build a Business That Reflects Your Values and Supports Your Life
Whether you’re starting your first venture, pursuing a long-held dream, or creating a business that serves a larger purpose, Ready to Launch provides the structure, accountability, and guidance to help you move from idea to action.
This immersive business-building experience helps aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners develop a clear vision, a practical roadmap, and the confidence to move forward.
Unlike traditional startup programs that focus only on profits, Ready to Launch explores how successful businesses can create meaningful value for customers, communities, and the people they serve.
By the end of the program, you’ll have a completed business plan, a clearer understanding of your market, and a roadmap for launching or growing your business.

What Makes Ready to Launch Different?

Sample topics include:
- Purpose-driven business designÂ
- Founder's legacy and avoiding mission drift
- Stakeholder-focused leadership
- Mission driven models: legal structures and certification
- Measuring business and community impact
- Creating a sustainable business in a world of daily pivots and global challengeÂ

Why Not Just Use AI?
Artificial intelligence can help you write a business plan.
It can generate marketing ideas, draft financial projections, and help you organize your thinking.
What it cannot do is challenge your assumptions, identify your blind spots, or help you evaluate whether an idea is truly aligned with your strengths, values, and long-term goals.
Successful businesses are rarely built in isolation.
They are built through testing ideas, receiving honest feedback, learning from others, and refining plans over time.
That's why Ready to Launch combines practical tools with coaching, accountability, and the support of a small community of entrepreneurs committed to helping one another succeed.
AI can help you create a plan.
Your Kitchen Cabinet helps you build a business.
You’ll Never Build Alone
Entrepreneurship can feel lonely.
One of the most valuable aspects of Ready to Launch is the community.
Participants gain access to a network of fellow entrepreneurs, changemakers, and business builders who provide encouragement, feedback, ideas, and accountability throughout the process.
Many participants describe their cohort as their personal “Kitchen Cabinet”—a trusted group of people invested in their success.
